科系简介

此科系较注重于培育在人力资源管理的人才以及商业市场的行政与管理。

第一年将修读有关沟通技巧，一些基本法律，如何运用及获得资金和管理基本的介绍。第二年则开始学习如何谈判，做帐目，也学习如何提高生产力，如何与下属沟通等。第三年则专注于如何组织公司架构，了解员工安全及健康问题，管理人力及修读一些有关员工及商业的法律。

毕业生将会学习如何应用人力资源在于公司与市场的行政。
